As well as producing drawings and production information for planning and building regulations approval, architects will provide all the information and services needed to guide you through the design and construction process, ensuring you are aware of your statutory obligations and provide guidance on building within proximity of boundaries.

Current government guidance states that everyone should work from home, unless they cannot work from home.
Therefore face-to-face site visits for initial consultations have been temporarily suspended as these can be carried out remotely. Instead, fee proposals for most projects will be still be possible as follows:
- Photographs of the existing property and a brief description of the work/home improvements to be carried out should be emailed to us (with appropriate labelling).
- If there are any existing floor plans of the property, such as estate agent details or record plans from previous extensions, it would be helpful if these could be emailed over too.
- If there are any further queries, these can be dealt with over the phone or by email.
Site survey work can not be carried out remotely whilst working from home. Therefore, preventative measures to reduce risks to the lowest reasonably practicable level have been set up to allow site surveys to be carried out in other people's homes during COVID-19.
Further details will be provided/discussed with the client prior to arranging a site survey.
All office based work will continue as normal.
