We have experience of working through all stages of the design process, from feasibility through to practical completion on site. You may require a complete service or perhaps one or two elements listed below, either way we will steer you through the whole process.

Initial consultation

This part is free and will comprise of an informal discussion of your ideas and requirements. For travel distances within a 10 mile radius there is no charge, and then for greater distances a small fee will be payable.

Feasibility scheme and brief development

To determine your final requirements I will present some initial proposals and develop the brief further as necessary.

Pre-application planning advice and site analysis

For more sites with more complex planning issues, I will liaise with the local planning authority to obtain pre-application planning advise prior to submitting the final planning application.

Production of planning information

All drawings will be produced on the computer in AutoCAD format and these will need to be approved by you prior to submitting the planning application.

Production of building regulations information

A full set of construction drawings will be produced on the computer in AutoCAD format and submitted to building control.

3D visualisation

In addition to the full architectural service listed above, I can arrange for a 3-d model of your project to be produced by an external consultant.
