HAL was appointed to produce building regulations drawings for two new dwellings in Watford, located close to a railway tunnel and there is an airshaft in the rear garden of one of the properties.

The project required further planning applications and careful coordination with Network Rail, working alongside the structural engineer and environmental/geotechnical consultants. All approvals were successfully secured, and construction of both properties has now been completed.
