HAL was initially commissioned to provide a feasibility study for the conversion of an old school into residential accommodation. The scheme comprises three separate blocks over two floors and is located within a residential area.

Subsequently, full planning permission was successfully secured. The internal layouts were carefully designed to provide eight spacious flats and a bungalow. Externally, the development includes ample parking and communal amenity space, creating a practical and welcoming living environment.
