We installed a brand‑new roof to unlock the full potential of the loft — creating two spacious bedrooms and a stylish en‑suite bathroom.

At the front, three modest dormer windows add architectural interest and flood the rooms with natural light. At the rear, a striking gable provides the headroom needed for a new staircase, while rooflights complement the design. This combination creates a beautifully balanced, symmetrical elevation that looks as elegant as it feels.

On the ground floor, we added an enclosed porch, giving the home a better flow, and a real sense of arrival.
