This Victorian cottage is part of the Salisbury Estate in Hatfield. The existing kitchen was located in a conservatory style extension at the rear of the property, adjacent to the existing out-rigger.

The client wanted to replace the conservatory with a well insulated extension and plenty of natural light. The extension was opened up to the dining room, whilst maintining the existing period features and character of the property. The brickwork has been laid in Flemish bond with feature brickwork at the head of the doors/window to match the existing.
