After working closely with the local planning authority, we secured permission for a modest two-storey rear extension and a loft conversion in St Albans.

Originally, the home’s rooms felt quite compact, but the renovation has completely changed this. The extension now accommodates a generous kitchen, and upstairs the bedrooms are more spacious. The loft has been converted into a bright, sizable reception room, filling the second floor with character and light.
