Situated in a very prominent position in Royston town centre, this vacant site was been acquired for development. It is within the conservation area and is surrounded by a number of listed buildings. The site itself has been identified as an opportunity site for a landmark building in The Royston Town Centre Strategy.

The planning application was approved through an appeal hearing. The construction work has now been succesfully completed on site and the store opened to the public.
