Following an outline planning approval, HAL was appointed and successfully secured full planning consent for a new detached dwelling on a greenfield site situated between existing houses.

The client was keen to incorporate sustainable technologies into the build, including the use of SIPS panels. Photovoltaic panels were installed on the roof, and an underground rainwater harvesting system was also included.

The project has now been completed and is being enjoyed by the client.
