Following an outline planning approval, HAL obtained a full planning consent for this new detached dwelling. The site is on a greenfield site positioned between existing houses.

The client was keen to use sustainable terchnology in the build, in particular the use of SIPS panels. Photovoltaic panels were installed on the roof and a rainwater harvesting system installed underground.

The project has now been completed and is being enjoyed by the client.
