A full planning application was submitted to extend the facilities at Jubilee House Care Trust, a registered charity. Jubilee House is an established charity providing support for adults and children with a learning disability and their families. The charity supports over 100 people each year through a wide range of services. This proposal is for the transition age group 16-25 to compliment the existing children's and adult services. Located in the heart of Welwyn Garden City the charity currently supports 15 people and it is now their intention to build an extension to the facilities at Jubilee House to provide additional self contained accommodation in a 2 storey extension to the front of the property.
