A planning application for 2 new houses in Fenstanton was been submitted, on the outskirts of Cambridge. The site is located within the centre of the conservation area and some of the buidlings that are close by are listed. The proposed dwellings have a traditional design and a hand drawn effect was deemed appropriate for the presentation of the elevations for the planning application.

Planning permission was eventually granted following an appeal to the planning inspectorate and construction has now completed on site.
