A planning application was submitted for two new houses in Fenstanton, on the outskirts of Cambridge. The site is located within the centre of the Conservation Area, with listed buildings nearby. The proposed dwellings feature a traditional design, and hand-drawn style elevations were prepared for the planning submission.

Planning permission was ultimately granted following an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate, and construction has now been completed on site.
