The property is located in the Knebworth conservation area. We were approached to obtain planning permission for an enlarged rear dormer to increase headroom within 2 bathrooms of this house within the conservation area in Knebworth.

Following pre-application advice with the council, a proposal was submitted and was granted planning and conservation area consent.

The project has now been succesfully completed.
